Can I request batch documentation?

Yes. Each vial carries a batch reference — send it to us on Telegram and we will follow up with the documentation for that batch.

Vials ship sealed in protective packaging. Shipping timing and destinations are confirmed directly with our manager before an order is arranged.

Photograph the parcel and the vial, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement.
