Shipping & returns
Dispatch
Orders are arranged directly with our manager on Telegram. Dispatch timing and tracking are confirmed with you when the order is agreed.
Packing
Vials are sealed and travel in protective inserts. Each vial carries its product name, strength, batch number and expiry.
Delivery estimates
Transit time depends on the destination and is confirmed before an order is arranged. Customs inspection can extend international transit and is outside our control.
Import rules
You are responsible for confirming that what you order may legally be imported into your country, and for any duties or import taxes charged on delivery.
Damage and replacements
Photograph the outer parcel and the affected vials, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Broken, leaking or missing vials are replaced or refunded.
Returns
For safety reasons, opened or unsealed vials cannot be returned. Unopened, undamaged items can be returned within 14 days of delivery — contact us first so we can issue a return reference.
