What we collect
The details you send us: name, email, delivery address and the contents of your message or order. Your cart is stored only in your own browser, not on our servers.
Why we collect it
To confirm and deliver orders, answer enquiries and keep a record of which batch went to which order so we can trace it later.
Sharing
Only with the parties needed to complete your order — the carrier and, once payment goes live, the payment processor. We never sell personal data.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and traceability. Enquiry messages are removed once the conversation is finished.
Your rights
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, through the contact page.
